Welcome to HAF Academy!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HAF Academy website (the “Website”) and mobile application (the “App”) (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Creation and Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
  • You agree to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Courses and Content

  • HAF Academy offers a variety of professional courses and educational content (the “Content”).
  • The Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Content you access meets your specific needs and requirements.
  • HAF Academy owns or licenses the intellectual property rights to the Content on the Platform. You may not use any of the Content without our prior written consent.

3. Enrollment and Fees

  • You may be required to pay a fee to enroll in certain courses.
  • Fees are listed on the Platform and may be subject to change.
  • We offer various payment methods as listed on the Platform.
  • You are responsible for all taxes and other charges associated with your use of the Platform.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Our refund policy is available on the Platform.
  • Generally, refunds are not available for course enrollments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that course.

5. Disclaimers

  • The Platform and Content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • HAF Academy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • HAF Academy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • HAF Academy shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Lebanon.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HAF Academy with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
